I would like to tell about my biography. My name is Nyein Chan Kyaw. I was born in 15, December, 1999.Myanmar, Yangon, Hlaing Thar Yar Township. My father name is U Kyaw Soe and my mother name is Naw Eh Say. And I’m Karen. When I lived in Myanmar, I used to attend in Myanmar until grade-2 in primary school.
In 2008, After then my family moved to Thailand, Mae Sot. The reason for we moved to Thailand is due to Nar Git storm. When my family moved for Myanmar to Thailand, my family has 6 members. They are my grandmother, parents, two cousins and I. And I started my education grade-3 in Children’s Development Centre (C.D.C) School. Two of my elder cousins are grade-5 and grade-7. My parents also work in C.D.C school as teachers. My grandmother is house wife. When I in grade-7 my grandmother was dead. My two cousins also moved to Thoo Mwe Khee School which is locate in Phope Phra, Thailand and my parents are still working in C.D.C school as teachers.
When I was young, I am happy to live with my family. I play together with my two cousins and eat together and we studied together when we are in C.D.C until they aren’t going to change the school. After that, I continued my education in that school until grade-10. Then I moved to Moe Ma Kha which is running for over 1-year program. It is Pre-GED, then Moe Ma Kha school moved to Myawaddy and I cannot afford to follow with them is due to my family situation. And then I get back to C.D.C as grade-12. Since July 2018, I had passed grade-12. After graduated from C.D.C, I study hard for can be able to attend BEAM (Beam Education Foundation). It also run for GED, but in there are many programs and chances under that program. Before I come and study to BEAM, I went to Taungoo to work as a volunteer of teaching basic English to primary and middle level students from Lay Ti Village about 1 month. Now, I complete in Beam Education Foundation with GED program. But I need to take Language Arts in official exam. I have been helped in C.D.C is my formal school as computer assistant teacher or helper for 6 months already.
