About Freelancer

First of almost, I want to mention about my professional experiences. I have been working as a Rural Development Manager, Project Manager, Community Development Facilitator, Trainer and Operation Manager.

I have a lot of experiences in Field level management and Area Program Development Field. And conducted many activities with community, Organize and Facilitate them for their sustainable development. In the process of their sustainable development, I promote on their physical and mental. For their growth and advancement, I advocate to the key stakeholder. On the project management, I had an experience that I handle 3 project management and also responsible on area focal. Health project, Protection project, Education project that I manage for 8 years. In the Health project, I conducted and implementation for MNCH, PD Hearth and WASH. I clearly understanding of project management. I can manage on Project Assessment, Project Design, Budgeting, implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Reporting, Procurement and Logistic.
