About Freelancer
I have got two master degrees - M.A (English) and M.BA (Chulalongkorn University), and I am a former deputy director of Treasury Department, Ministry of Planning and Finance (MoPF), Myanmar. As I have worked at the MoPF for over ten years, I got a lot of knowledge and experience in economic, business, disaster and legal matters.I have translated Public Debt Management Law (2016) and Public Debt Management Regulations (drafted), as well as countless documents relating to external debt. I have drafted speech and statement for Union Minister of MoPF (former MoPFI) to submit to the international organizations - the World Bank, IMF, ADB and AIIB. I got Practical Project Management Certificate awarded by Asian Management Institution in Manila, Philippines in 2012 and completed six-month Voice Secondement Program hosted by the World Bank (H.Q) in 2019.
