Firstly, it is great to introduce myself to you all. I am Myint Mo Mo who graduated in English Specialization in 2016 at Dagon University. I had worked in hospitality for over 4 years and currently working in a Fintech company as an operations executive. According to my past experiences, I am full of knowledge concerning hospitality in which customer service, language proficiency, management skill, time management, confidential data handling, and computer proficiency are dominant abilities. Therefore, I even got the Employee of The Month, Employee of The Quarter, and Employee of The Years in 2017 while working in an international hotel “Melia Yangon”. Moreover, as I am currently working in a financial technology company, I am also knowledgeable about financial and technology such as international payment process, communication with the banks for the financial process, launching new IT products, support to customers and merchants with operations concerns, also technical support consulting with the related team, preparation the training presentation in PowerPoint files, recording the transcription for the presentation, editing the video files according to the company’s rules and regulations.

In conclusion, I am a sociable, energetic, dynamic, flexible, and ambitious person who is always ready for new things.
