Hi! I am Su, a highly enthusiastic person who always seek challenges, changes and take initiative for every task, a quick learner, flexible and able to perform all duties by taking a leading role with the team to get the output of accuracy and improvements with a strong team spirit.

I have more than 3 years of experiences in the field of Logistics, company profile and proposal writing, setting SOPs, translating business related-documents, coordinating between management and employees in the private sector. Moreover, I managed Soulmate Naturals skincare brand and resources, setting strategies for brand promotion and marketing, setting HR policy and managing employees, managing stock control, dealing with suppliers and stakeholders, researching Myanmar personal care products market, studying customers’ tastes, designing modern attractive advertisement mainly online. As for professional experiences, I have over 7 years of working experience in the automobile industry and skincare business. Additionally, I was a freelance lecturer in the past in the field of business management.

By seeking differences in the public sector, I have 4 years experiences of working as a global employee in the US Embassy in Yangon by communicating with various sections and agencies, preparing diplomatic notes, translation when needed, supporting management off-sites and training, organizing documentation for VIP visits.

As for my professional education, I am a second-year MBA student at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan and my undergrad degree is B.A English. Although my specialized area is innovation and operation management, I expand my capabilities by taking all the credits in Marketing and Japanese Management. While studying MBA, I explored my horizon by participating in Yukemuri Startup Challenge program in 2018 and McGill Global Retail case challenge in Montreal in 2019.
